Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, GST invoice is issued for every corporate order. We can bill against your company PAN and GSTIN — just mention it on the inquiry form or share it when we follow up.
What's your minimum order?
Custom-branded cartons start at 25 kg. For standard TMF-branded cartons, there's no minimum beyond the ₹500 general site threshold.
Can you ship to employee home addresses?
Yes — this is one of our most common corporate uses. Share a CSV of addresses (name, phone, address, city, pincode) and we handle per-city logistics. Tracking is shared per-address once dispatched.
What's the lead time?
Standard orders: 3–5 days once confirmed. Custom-branded cartons: ~7 working days (includes printing). Pre-season contracts locked in Feb–Mar dispatch on the schedule you set.
Which varieties are available?
Banginapally, Himayat, Dasheri, Kesar, Neelam and others depending on season. For corporate gifting, most clients pick Banginapally (premium / crowd-pleaser) or a mixed assortment.
Can we do a sample order first?
Absolutely. A single 5 kg sample carton can be shipped to your office at list price — if you confirm a larger order within 2 weeks, sample cost is adjusted against the first invoice.
